So, let’s talk about fees! No two weddings are alike. Everyone has a different idea for their big day. Take a look at the services we offer and choose the one that best describes your needs. You may also choose a spiritual or non-religious ceremony (all are honored!). All fees are negotiable and easily customized to fit your budget!

“The Studio” (Elopement Ceremony)

Starts at $399 – (Fri-Sun and holidays $50-100 additional)

It’s perfectly built for two. It’s cozy, simple and private.
Our Elopement Package includes the following:

  • Pre-written script(spiritual or humanist) performed at your selected location
  • Wedding Consultation
  • Up to 10 Guests
  • Signing and Filing of Marriage License (legally required)
  • Optional Witness($75 fee)
  •  Park permit ($50 fee) if applicable (Peak season)
  • Photographer (starts at $399/hr)
  • A retainer of $200 is required to hold the date and time

“The One Bedroom” (Simple Ceremony)

Starts at $599 – (Fri-Sun and holidays $100-200 additional)
A bit more spacious than the Studio! Enough room to start decorating and entertaining family and friends. Our Simple Ceremony includes some customization by adding readings, poems, etc. that can be performed by your Officiant or someone you have chosen).  You can also choose to write your own vows, and this package incorporates some personal details about your love story. The fee includes the following:

  • Simple, personalized ceremony (no rituals) performed at your selected location
  • Written copy of ceremony provided in advance for final approval
  • Initial Consultation plus revisions
  • Unlimited Guests
  • Signing and Filing of Marriage License (legally required)
  • Arrival of Wedding Officiant 30 minutes prior to ceremony
  • A retainer of $300 is required to hold the date and time

“The Duplex” (Customized Ceremony)

Starts at $799 – (Fri-Sun and holidays $100-200 additional)

This ceremony package offers you unlimited options to create your own unique celebration and best of all, a wedding that is unforgettable! (Read my reviews!!) And just like a Duplex apt. in NYC, it gives you the luxury to expand your ideas and leave your guests talking about it for years to come! It might even inspire some to renew their vows and fall in love all over again. (so I’ve been told!)

  • Fully, Customized Ceremony performed at your selected venue
  • Written copy of ceremony provided in advance for final approval
  • Unlimited readings (suggestions offered if needed)
  • Unlimited Rituals (traditional, cultural or inspired)

  • Initial Consultation plus revisions
  • Unlimited Guests
  • Signing and Filing of Marriage License (legally required)
  • Arrival of Wedding Officiant one hour prior to ceremony

“The Penthouse”

(includes Day-of Coordinator)

Starts at $1799

In NYC, nothing says you have “made it” more than when you can live in a luxurious Penthouse. This package offers everything in The Duplex ceremony plus your own day-of coordinator to assist with making your day run smoothly and give you peace of mind. You can have all the services mentioned above plus the following:

  • Initial Coordinator Consultation to explain services
  • Unlimited phone & email from date of contract
  • Contact and coordinate with all vendors listed on the contract to finalize details one week prior to ceremony
  • Organize wedding rehearsal (extra fee if separate day)
  • Develop Wedding Day Itinerary & Timeline
  • Up to 4 hours of on-site service the day of your event (additional time optional)
  • Manage wedding party
  • Manage vendor & decor setup at ceremony
  • Coordinate music with musicians or DJ for Invitation/Ceremony

Sometimes a few extra details are needed to make our plans complete! We have put together a list of extra services that are often requested (even marriage prep). We are certified by PREPARE/ENRICH to assist couples with pre-marital preparation. Please contact us and we can discuss it in more detail.

  • Pre-Marital & Marital Coaching -From $200 per session (tax-deductible)
  • Live Instrumentalist (Guitar/Piano/Violin/Vocals) Starts at $200/hr
  • Microphone/Amplifier Setup- $150
  • Rehearsal Dinner – $150/Mon-Thurs and $250/Fri-Sun
  • Travel -$50/per additional 20 miles outside NYC
  • City Park Permit plus administrative fee-$50

Marriage License Information:

How do I go about obtaining a marriage license in New York City? A New York State marriage license is valid for 60 days (except for active military personnel for whom the validity runs for 180 days) and can only be used in the State of New York. All couples must wait a full 24 hours from the time the marriage license is issued before a marriage ceremony can be performed unless a judicial waiver is obtained.

You may also begin the application process online by going to the following link (valid for 21 days): http://www.cityclerk.nyc.gov/html/marriage/license.shtml

You must remember to bring a valid proof of I.D. (i.e., driver’s license, passport, etc.) and proof of divorce (if applicable). The fee for a Marriage License is $35 by credit card or money order payable to the City Clerk.


Park Permit Information:

Do I need to obtain a permit to have my wedding in a public park? The only time that you will be required to have a permit for your event is when you will have more than 20 people. It takes approximately 30 days to receive the permit, so plan in advance. The permit can be obtained at the following link: https://nyceventpermits.nyc.gov/Parks/

The fee for the Permit is $25. If you prefer for Common Ground Ceremonies to obtain the permit for you, there will be an administrative fee of $25 applied.
